RED HISPANA FLORIDA is an HIV/AIDS SERVICE ORGANIZATION and was co-founded April 1, 2004 and granted not-for-profit 501(c)(3) status in January 2005.  We are an official HIV Testing site for Broward County Health Department, Florida.

Our primary mission is to offer everyone help in detecting and treating HIV and HIV Issues.....men, women & families without regard to age, income or sexual orientation.  Our programs seek innovative solutions to improve and expand access to health care services for disadvantaged Hispanic and Black Community populations:  WE OFFER FREE CONFIDENTIAL HIV TESTING, HIV REFERRALS, COUNSELING, NUTRITION, HIV PREVENTION EDUCATION, SUPPORT GROUP MEETINGS, HIV ISSUES SEMINARS/WORKSHOPS. 

Our secondary mission is to cooperate with healthcare delivery organizations and professional associations to narrow professional practice gaps in areas of mutual interests through support of learning and change strategies that result in measurable improvement in competence, performance or patient outcomes.

We also offer specific areas of focus: nutrition, mental health, dosage adherence and enrollment in clinical trials.  Our programs are engaged in closing gaps in ethnic and minority communities, promoting health and nutrition education for families, training health workers, and improving delivery of health services.
